DESCRIPTION
Orange is an evergreen tree that has dark green leaves and white flowers. The tree has bright orange round fruit with roughish skin. These trees are native to China, but now cultivated in various parts of America. The oil of orange is used in many Curacao type liqueurs and for flavoring several types of food, drink and confectionery items.

This orange oil blends well with black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, frankincense, ginger, sandalwood and vetiver.
CONSTITUENTS
It mainly consists of a-pinene, sabinene, myrcene, limonene, linalool, citronellal, neral and geranial.
USES
This essential oil is a great diuretic and is useful in balancing water retention and obesity. It is also helpful in cases of nervous tension and stress. Further, its lymphatic stimulant helps in balancing water processes, detoxification, aiding the immune system and general well-being.
