DESCRIPTION
Fennel is a plant species in the genus Foeniculum and is a member of the family Apiaceae. It is a perennial, hardy, umbelliferous herb, with yellow flowers and feathery leaves and grows wild in many parts of the world, especially on dry soils near the sea-coast and on river-banks. It is an aromatic and flavorful herb used for culinary and medicinal purposes.

This essential oil is highly aromatic and flavorful and is widely used for various culinary and medicinal purposes. It is one of the main ingredients of absinthe.
