DESCRIPTION
Sandawood (East Indian) offered is distilled from plants found in the East Indian continent. The essential oil is distilled from heartwood of Santalum album that is at least 35 years old and grows in Mysore. Finding application in ayurvedic formulations, it is mostly used through inhalation medium.

USES
Finds extensive use in ayurvedic medicine, it is used as inhalation or simply through external application in chest and throat.
