| DESCRIPTION Vetiver oil has a full, woody, sweet and sustaining aroma. The warm aroma which is very reassuring acts as a great foundation scent for essential oil blends, cologne or perfume oils. COMMON NAMES Vetiver , khus khus BLENDS WITH: Flower Oils: Lavender, Rose Geramium, and Jasmine Wood Oils: Sandalwood Peel Oils: Mandarin, Orange, Lemon, Mandarin, Petitgrain, Tangerine, Lime CONSTITUENTS The main constituents of Vetiver essential oil are: vetiverone, vetiverol, vitivene and cadinene. Major constituents of Indian vetiver oil are khusol, khusitol, khusinol. USES Vetiver oil helps in oily skin, stiffness, pains, debility, insomnia, nervous tension and used in massage, perfume, diffuser and skincare. |
