Expeller Pressed

Expeller pressing is a mechanical process for extracting oil from raw materials. In this method raw materials are squeezed under high pressure in a single step. Expeller pressed oil is extracted from nuts or seeds through the process of crushing them. This is different than various kinds of oil extraction methods. Various companies first produce expeller pressed oil and then treat the oil with chemicals such as Hexane to extract the left oil from the source.
